Dr. Carlos Manuel Rangel is a dedicated educator, mentor, and certified Christian counselor with over 20 years of experience teaching and guiding young people. He holds an Associate of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Education from Thomas Edison Sate College. and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Miami. Carlos earned a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Counseling from Andersonville Baptist Theological Seminary.
Throughout his career, Carlos has invested deeply in youth development—coaching sports, sponsoring after‑school programs, and creating supportive environments where students could grow academically and personally. He also worked at the University of Miami in the area of technology, contributing to student and academic support systems.
Married to Olga Carballo for 45 years, Carlos is a proud father of three and grandfather of five. His work as a Christian counselor reflects his lifelong commitment to faith, family, and helping others find healing and hope through Christ.

Olga Carballo is a dedicated educator and school administrator with over 43 years of service in the field of education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a Master’s degree in ESOL, and a Specialist degree in Computer Science, combining instructional expertise with strong leadership and technological proficiency.
Throughout her career, Olga has been deeply committed to supporting immigrant students in acquiring English language skills and ensuring they receive the compassion, structure, and opportunity they deserve. As an administrator, she has also supervised and mentored teachers, equipping them to effectively serve non‑English‑speaking students and create inclusive, culturally responsive classrooms.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Olga’s life is rooted in faith, family, and genuine connection. She has been married to Carlos Manuel Rangel for 45 years, and together they cherish their roles as parents of three children and grandparents of five. Olga finds joy in spending time with her family and is known for building strong, meaningful bonds with everyone she meets. Her heart for people and her lifelong dedication to education reflect her belief in the transformative power of love, learning, and service.
